W. Dennis Parker
In his career, Dennis has been a Janitorial Contractor for 14 years, a DSR, (Distributor Sales Representative), Sales Manager, and a Sales Trainer/Marketing and Sales Consultant. He has been a Distribution Center Manger, and an Area Manager over a three state area with over a 100 full time sales representatives and equal support staff with National Sanitary Supply, for 21 years. He was with Unisource for 7 years in Utah as the Facilities Supplies Manager, and he just recently did a start up branch operation for Brady Industries in Reno, Nevada.
He has now returned to be around his children and grandchildren in Utah. He is doing contract consulting, marketing, and sales, for several enterprises, (such as, Nuvek - VEKTR® Software, and so forth, please see below.), but his passion is assisting and teaching others what he has learned over the last 20+ years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Dennis and his wife Susie are the parents of eleven
children, eight boys and three girls. They currently
have 30 grandchildren with anticipation of many more.
Personal interests have to do with church responsibilities, golfing, camping, fishing, gardening, yard work, and spending time with their horses. They spend much of their family time together enjoying Sunday diners, and other family activities.

His approach to life is that we all have unlimited potential to grow and develop our abilities and learning skills. He teaches
people how to be free of fear, anger, guilt, and other negative emotions. He assists people to discover, recognize, and overcome
limiting beliefs and maladaptive behaviors, which are keeping them from achievement. He believes that people ought to learn
to be their own best therapist. He views his position as a teacher and instructor of process giving experience to the learner,
which allows them to make new conscious choices about themselves and their goals. His easy manner of instruction and
guidance empowers people to go beyond their current selves and reach levels of accomplishment only wished for before.
He utilizes what he teaches in all areas of his trainings and instruction in daily real world applications. His seminars and workshops are enhanced by his years of experience of working with people in their personal lives and developing their career performance. Assisting people to achieve their goals and being part of the success of others is a key motivator for him.

Dennis is basically doing two things in his career at prenent. (1) He does: Marketing and Sales for Nuvek LLC - The VEKTR® Web
and Mobil Based Software Program for data collection, inspections/audits, follow up work orders, and reporting. His primary
market segements are: Education, ISSA Manufacturers and Distributors, In House Facilities Oerations, Facility Service Contractors,
Auto Dealers and Dealer Asssociations, and other major Franchisor Groups.
Dennis is ISSA - CIMS I.C.E Certified and he assists other I.C.E. Consultants and CIMS assessors by making the VEKTR® sysetem available to them at no charge, FREE, to use in their management of their clients CIMS certification processes. This is a "no cost" way for people to become familar with VEKTR features and functions, and at the same time, saves them a lot of time and makes them more money on each consulting opportunity. He then additionally pays Finders Fees for recommending VEKTR® to their contacts for purchase, to be utilized in other operational functions, putting everything online.
He pays Finder Fees to these consultants for recommending any of his mind management trainings to their clients, with successful bookings. These trainings are fresh, new and exciting! Please contact him to present at your next event. He is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist registered with the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners since 1991, (CHT 191-219). He is a Board Certified Hypnotherapy Examiner, Instructor, and Approved School Operator. He has developed several applications of self hypnosis and other mind management techniques, and applied them to the personal career development of himself and others.
He has trained many sales people and management groups in these processes. He works with Professional Golf Instructors and Golfers, in Golf Mind Management Techniques. He presents Key Note Addresses, Seminars and Workshops on variations of these mind management processes as they apply differently to our life's experiences. The School trains individuals in hypnosis, self-hypnosis, and hypnotherapy to be Certified Hypnotherapists and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.
